We have a 48 hrs working day return policy, which means you have 2 working days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Here is how you can easily return product:
You have to simply write an email at our support team (shringaarsakhi@gmail.com) with subject: “Return Product” and a clear picture of the products, you are returning. Once you have requested the return you will receive an e-mail notifying the same.
It usually takes 24 working hours for us to respond to your return request. We will send you a mail once the return request has been confirmed from our end with the instructions on how you can return the products.
After our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products with all the original packaging. The product should be shipped back to us within 3 days from the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping of the product will be borne by the customer. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product and share the tracking details once the products shipped. We are not responsible for any damage during transit of return shipping of the product. You can also choose other option where our courier partner will come at your place and collect the parcel from you within 48 hrs.
Total of Rs. 150 will be deducted towards the forward and reverse shipment of the order.
Mode of Refund
Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code. The coupon code is a single time use only and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has no validity and can be used any time for your future purchases.
Return request are subject to verification and checks to determine the legitimacy of return request. Return / Refund shall be refused in case of the following cases:
a) If it is determined that product is damaged while in your possession;
b) Any product not in its original condition;
c) Any product that is returned without its original packaging tags and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
d) The product is different from what was shipped to you;
e) Product sold as combo/ sets cannot be replaced or returned individually.
f) Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
g) Due to hygiene reasons Naths (Nose Pin) and Toe Rings are not Returnable.
Items which are not informed for returns within 48 hours / not received by us within 5 days, are not eligible for returns.
Defective & Damaged Items
All our products are checked before packing. We also pack carefully so that the product does not get damaged while in transit. But in case of very rare instance of items get damaged in transit, please contact us here within 24 hours. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us. We will dispatch the replacement, subject to availability.
***The process of Refund/return will be speedup if you will provide the unboxing video of the damaged product.
Cancellation of Order

We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.
