Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy

 

Secure Packaging
Every product to be delivered, goes through multiple quality checks to ensure that we deliver you your favourite jewelry safely. Once the jewelry passes quality checks it is covered with multiple layers of bubble wrap/ plastic bags/ zip lock pouches to ensure the safest delivery. The packaged products come in Shringaar Sakhi’s rigid Jewelry Box.

Trusted Shipping
After the safe packaging of the ordered product, it will be shipped with one of our trusted delivery partners like Delhivery, Dtdc, FedEx, Express Bees, etc. within 48 hours of order placed, so that we deliver your product securely and timely. Generally orders are shipped within 8-10 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please note that the transit time mentioned for delivery is only for ideal scenarios.

 

Please note: In case you suspect that the package may have tampered before the delivery, you may reject it at the time of delivery.

 

Happy Unboxing

Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified through e-mail with the tracking details of your order. The order can be tracked by the customer through a waybill no. which will be updated on the website and also provided though email and message.

Standard Shipping Charges

We provide Free Shipping across the country.

For all the Cash-On-Delivery Orders there will be a cash collection charge of Rs. 50/-
